If you want to change your password, you can do so in the "Account Settings" menu in the site／app.
【How to change your password on the web page】
① Tap/click the icon on the upper right corner of the StaCommu top page to go to "My Page".
② Tap/click 「Account Settings」 in 「My Page」
③ Tap/click [Change] on the right side of 「Password」in 「Account」.
④ Enter your new password on the password setting page, and tap/click "Save".
※If you have forgotten your current password, please tap/click "Forgot your password?
【How to change your password in the app】
①Tap 「My Page」 at the bottom right of the screen from the app top page.
② Tap/click 「Account Settings」in 「My Page」
③ Tap/click 「Reset Password」 in 「Account Settings」
④Re-enter your new password, and tap/click "Save" to complete.
※If you have forgotten your current password, tap/click "Forgot your password?
When you change your password, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered with StaCommu.
※If you don't receive the confirmation mail, you can't change your password.
※If you want to change your email address, you need to change your email address first.
